I am Nifty...online atleast. I am a self-taught programmer and an operations engineer. My goal with the Nifty Little Me blog was to document my journey and share what I learned. I'm learned a lot from posting, while discovering pools of knowledge with oceans to go.

I live for the pursuit and application of endless learning and discovery. There's nothing more fulfilling to me. And even though this road requires substantial effort and time, I believe that the worth of knowledge outweighs the worth of other pastimes.

Why? Life is short with extensive requirements to keep surviving. There are circumstances where in intelligence and capability are useless and harmful to the criteria of surviving. That's disheartening; however, there's awareness earned or subjected to me and others. Meta-awareness cause the surfacing of the question, Do you want to know how to play a game you can't play?
